Roofing products are available in a range of different profiles meaning there’s a roofing profile to suit every application and style.
All our roofing profiles can also be used for walling applications, however we also have a range of specifically developed walling profiles that are only able to be used for wall cladding.
All our profiles are manufactured from genuine COLORBOND® steel and ZINCALUME® steel


LYSAGHT CUSTOM ORB®
LYSAGHT CUSTOM ORB® is the famous BlueScope Lysaght corrugated profile, equally at home with traditional and contemporary design. It is long, wide, strong, lightweight and economical profile which can be quickly and easily aligned. Add up these features and you have a steel roof or wall cladding that simply offers outstanding value.
•    May be used on roof pitches from as low as 5 degrees (1 in 12)
•    Can be used for both roofing and walling applications
•    Available in a wide variety of COLORBOND® steel colours
•    Roof sheet lengths of up to 24m can be used before an expansion joint is required
•    Can be laid flat or sprung curved for increased versatility
 


LYSAGHT TRIMDEK®
LYSAGHT TRIMDEK® is a subtle square fluted steel cladding, available in long lengths, so on most jobs you can have one sheet from ridge to gutter without end laps. It is made of high strength steel and despite its lightness, provides excellent spanning capacity.  
It is ideal for economic roofing of contemporary style homes as well as industrial and commercial applications.
•    Walk only in pans and close or over the supports
•    May be used on roof pitches from as low as 2 degrees (1 in 30)
•    Can be used for both roofing and walling applications
•    Available in a wide variety of COLORBOND® steel colours
 

LYSAGHT SPANDEK®
LYSAGHT SPANDEK® is a contemporary looking, trapezoidal profile which is ideal where a stronger, bolder, more modern corrugated appearance is required. It combines strength with lightness, rigidity and economy.
•    May be used on roof pitches from as low as 3 degrees (1 in 20)
•    Can be used for both roofing and walling applications
•    Available in a wide variety of COLORBOND® steel colours
•    Allows wide support spacings
 


LYSAGHT KLIP-LOK® 406
LYSAGHT KLIP-LOK® 406 is a strong, durable and versatile long length roof or wall cladding. The concealed fastening method enables its use on many applications from low pitched roofs to vertical or horizontal ribbed walling.
•    Fixing clips effectively secure KLIP-LOK® 406 to supports without puncturing the sheet
•    No exposed fasteners means clean and smooth lines
•    Minimum recommended roof pitch is 1 degree (1 in 50)
 


LYSAGHT KLIP-LOK 700 HI-STRENGTH®
LYSAGHT KLIP-LOK 700 HI-STRENGTH® is a wide-cover concealed fixed cladding offering long spans and excellent uplift performance. If features a bold rib and flat pans with micro-cross fluting for superior strength, great for low pitched roofs.  Also available on a mobile roll machine, onsite rollforming allows for long lengths previously unachievable due to transport limitations.
•    Fixing clips effectively secure sheets to supports without puncturing the sheet
•    No exposed fasteners means clean smooth lines and maximum water tightness
•    700mm wide cover width
•    Suitable for installation over insulation up to 100mm thick
•    Clips are fixed with conventional hex head screws
•    Transverse fluting allows for longer spans
•    Now available with on-site mobile roll forming for even long uninterrupted and low roof pitch
•    Minimum recommended roof pitch is 2 degrees (1 in 30) for 0.42mm BMT
•    Minimum recommended roof pitch is 1 degree (0.48 and 0.60mm BMT)
 

LYSAGHT FLATDEK®
LYSAGHT FLATDEK® is a modern long span cladding particularly well suited to many types of home improvement projects such as room additions, carports and awnings.  The underside of LYSAGHT FLATDEK® features clean uninterrupted lines, with an attractive gloss finish.
•    Pan-fixed roof sheeting for open sided awnings where high degree of weather tightness is not required
•    Unique overlapping dovetail ribs can be easily fitted together by hand
•    May be used on roof pitches from as low as 2 degrees (1 in 30)
•    The top side finished in Surfmist® or Smooth Cream® COLORBOND® steel. The ceiling side finished in either Dover White or Classic Cream® high gloss COLORBOND® steel.
